  • We mediate in the contacts with target companies for purchase or alliance, in coordination, and with the support, of local professionals.

  • We collaborate in the design and planning of the strategy of international expansion.
  • We advise our clients in the negotiation of agreements to formalize corporate alliances with national or international companies, including agreements or shareholder agreements that establish the framework for future relationships between future partners.

  • We search and select possible acquisition targets or future partners compatible with the interests of our client at a national and / or international level.
