Enrique has more than 30 years of professional advisory experience in corporate finance, M&A. He has advised in cross-border transactions across a wide variety of industry sectors. Prior to founding Garal Interactis, he founded and was Managing Director of Garal Group. He previously served as Executive Director of Eurocontinental Advisers, a private equity management company based in London and backed by Crédit Agricole (France) and DG Bank (Germany), and as Senior Manager at KPMG, where he managed M&A legal and tax advisory activities. He holds degrees in Economics and Law from the University of Barcelona, is Censor de Cuentas, and has completed IESE Business School’s General Management Program (PDG).
